Hello! I am Shonda Klinger, Inclusion Teacher at Owen Valley Middle School. I work with both 7th and 8th grade students.

I was born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a Secondary in Social Studies. I also earned my Master's Degree in Special Education.

I have worked at Spencer Owen Community Schools for 20 years. I have taught at the elementary level along with teaching social studies as well as many of my years being in Special Education. I love working with students and helping them to become successful students! I enjoy getting to know my students each and every year!

My family includes my husband and two very active sons! My oldest is a Junior at Edgewood and my youngest is an 8th grader at Edgewood. We stay very active with baseball, tennis, cross country, track, pickle ball, hiking, taking adventures and watching movies! We stay very active, hardly any down time!
