Sara Wheeler, Third Grade
I currently teach 3rd grade at Spencer Elementary. I have always wanted to be a teacher and have taught for over 25 years. I have 2 teaching degrees from Indiana University. My Undergraduate Degree is in Music Education and my Master's Degree is in Elementary Education. I have taught every grade, K - 12 in music. In the elementary classroom I have taught every grade 1-5 except 6th grade. I enjoy the relationship that develops throughout the year between myself and my students in classroom. I love learning and watching kids grow and succeed. It is very fulfilling. I am married and have 2 wonderful girls who both attend Spencer-Owen Community Schools. I look forward to an exciting school year.

Student should check their email by 9:00am for a list of the day's assignments and to know when we will meet virtually.
Students should complete all work in Google Classroom.
Students can email with questions.
I will be available to answer question in the daily Google Meet and at the set time for office hours.
