The Students for the Planet Club have been working on sorting and weighing bottle caps at OVHS. They have secured enough pounds of bottle caps to AT LEAST make a 4-foot bench for the Commons...or possibly even a 6-foot bench! They are currently trying to secure community sponsors for the production of the bench.
REMINDER...
Recycled Plastic #1 and #6 cannot be donated. If you donate bottles, please remove the paper. Laundry caps, Expo Marker caps, Peanut Butter / Yogurt / Cottage Cheese lids are excellent things to donate rather than throwing them away.
